U.S. shipping

We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $7, with free standard shipping on the Just Cactus Collection. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for preparation, plus an estimated 2 to 3 business days for USPS Priority Mail delivery.

Keep your Just Cactus products refrigerated upon arrival and between uses.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email info@justcactus.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Please keep the product and packaging until we respond.

Returns and Refunds

Because Just Cactus products are fresh personal-care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind once an order has shipped. Opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned.

​After reviewing a timely claim involving a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, Just Cactus may provide a replacement or refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the problem resulted from our error.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once tracking information has been issued, the order cannot be canceled.
